Completed manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission form. The online submission form consists of two sections: 1) text boxes & menus, and 2) a button for uploading a doc(x) file.
All papers must be uploaded only via the online form that is accessible in the User zone.
The electronic format requires that the papers are submitted according to this template in Microsoft Word doc(x) file.
Receipt of your paper will be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and in case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: eecongress2024@guarant.cz
All correspondence concerning the papers will be sent to the submitting author’s e-mail address.
Please check your paper carefully before submission. Immediately after submission, the paper will be locked and it will not be possible to edit it any longer.
Paper Review
The papers will be reviewed by at least two members of the E&E Congress 2024 Paper Review Committee.
The acceptance criteria for the papers are:
- Technical content (or technical quality) of the paper
- Clarity and rigour (the paper should be clear, easy to understand, well structured, based on well-founded arguments)
- The scientific and technical value
- Originality and/or innovative level
- The paper should conform to the Instructions for Authors
The E&E Congress 2024 Technical Programme Committee will consider the feedback received from the allocated reviewers before taking a decision. If the decision is "The paper could be accepted after modification", the authors will have the opportunity to amend their paper. After modification, the papers will be reviewed again.
All the papers that are accepted by the Technical Programme Committee will be published in the Congress Proceedings.
The Technical Programme Committee will also select, based on the feedback received from the reviewers, which papers will be presented by the authors as oral presentations during the Congress sessions.
Poster Session
Authors will have the opportunity to present their paper in poster sessions during the congress. The poster session will be open to all authors whose paper has been accepted and independently on whether or not the paper was also selected for an oral presentation. Posters must be accompanied by at least one of the authors during the scheduled poster sessions.
